A.C.T. (Women's Self-Defense)

A.C.T. is a women’s self-empowerment, awareness and protection course. The course is designed to teach women how to defend themselves consciously, subconsciously, and physically against predatory assailants. The course curriculum is very in-depth. It will consist of three phases, which are lecture, book study and physical defense study/practice. Although the class will be somewhat demanding, the instructor will be very accommodating.  A participant will never have to do what they do not want to do.  A practitioner will be coached and encourage every step of the way and in no way pushed or put down for their actions.
